I deactivated my Facebook account
I got an email from a friend today asking me if I wanted to be her friend on Facebook. I had signed up for an account some time ago and have kind of forgotten about it since with exception of the occasional friend request. So I hit the link to add her and logged into Facebook after a trial and error with my password.
What the hell is this for anyway?
I have added a few people I already know into my friend list. Really it’s just a list of friends I already have who happen to have accounts on Facebook. There were group requests for groups like “1 million people who dislike George Bush”. I’m sure it’s a big group but what is it FOR?
I decided it’s for nothing. So I deactivated my account. It’s actually a good feeling. Like taking off sweaty socks.

Hey, good old facebook!
I opened my account not to long ago and boingo, Its gone, taken away from me by the folks at facebook. The reason? Well they cant divulge because of security but acording to a standard page on thier site, I broke the rules.
I had less than 300 friends and one possible reason is that I may have searched for friends to quickly. Geese isn’t facebook about making friends?
Ok facebook was fun but they sCk and I hope they break some rules and end up in jail or something bad happens to them……..I certainly don’t want them as my friends………….now I feel better.
I’m off to make some real friends that I can give real hugs to and eat real cupcakes with…
