Waterboarding is torture

Attorney General Michael Mukasey doesn’t give many straight answers.. so Sen. Kennedy asked him a good and direct question.

“Would waterboarding be torture if it was done to you?”

the quick answer was “yes”.  but then he skirts around the issue for a while. Even invoking Cicero? whatever guy.. you could probably hit him with a water balloon and he’d sing like a canary.
